  • Build op design packages in association with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Basic and detail design of equipment according to design criteria.

  • Executing calculations on hydraulic systems.

  • Carrying out Heat & Mass balances in Aspen Hysys and PRO/II

  • Execution of Process Safety Studies and related PSV`s/ RV`s sizing and calculation,

       According to API 520/521 and Shell DEP`s.

  • Drawing up PFD`s (Process Flow Diagrams)

  • Revising P&ID`s (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) according to the Design Basis. 

  • “Equipment sizing“, “Line sizing”, “valve sizing”

​Coaching & training Process Operator A/ B/ C 

​

  • Providing lessons process operator level B/ C (Vapro B/ C) /guiding adult candidates in

       companies training center.

​

  • Providing chemistry lessons to 3th classes of the Senior general secondary education.

  • Providing theory and practical class process technician and simulation for vocational

       education.

  • Providing didactical support by using (digital) tools and applications connected with the

       professional practice.

  • Coaching process operator level B/C candidates, in the training center of companies.  

  • Coaching students of vocational school, grade 3 and 4.

  • Preparing study material for the lessens Process Technician, Hydrogen Technology

       and Simulation according to qualification files (Netherlands MBO All-round Operational

       Technician).

  • Preparing study materials for the purpose of professional practice. 

  • Developing and execution of laboratory scale experiments for hydrogen energy winning

       and electrical consumption tests with Dr FuelCell® Science Kit.
